Neuroscience of Brain, Body and Mental Health

Neuroscience is the scientific study of the brain and nervous system, from structure to function, development to degeneration. The brain, nerves and spinal cord make up the central and peripheral nervous systems that control everything we do, including our emotions, cognition, digestion and movement.

Neuroscience research is multi- and inter-disciplinary, drawing together diverse expertise and knowledge from many different areas of science, industry, healthcare and education, from neuro-molecular biology, psychiatry, and genetics, to neurotechnology, marketing, ethics and law.
